As Founder and CEO of CDA, Lisa brings more than four decades of experience leading complex projects across the Pharmaceutical, Life Science, and Technology sectors. With expertise spanning design, construction, and project management, she has played a central role in building CDA into a nationally recognized firm known for technical excellence, client-focused delivery, and high-performing project teams.
Her leadership is grounded in integrity, practicality, and partnership—values that consistently translate into meaningful, measurable results for clients across the country. Through her vision, CDA has established a reputation for aligning technical precision with a highly collaborative, solutions-driven approach.
Lisa has led CDA to achieve and maintain WBENC certification since 2009, reinforcing its position as a nationally recognized women-owned business. She has championed supplier diversity initiatives and built a strong network of qualified diverse vendors, earning CDA recognition as a Global Diverse Supplier of the Year and multiple WBEC-East Done Deals Awards. In 2026, she was named a WBENC WBE Star—one of the nation’s premier honors recognizing women business leaders driving growth, expanding opportunity, and strengthening communities.
Lisa is equally committed to using her platform to advance women in construction and leadership roles, support STEM education and literacy initiatives, and mentor the next generation of leaders.
