With extensive experience spanning finance, construction management, and corporate strategy, John serves as a key member of the CD & Associates leadership team, where he plays a central role in guiding the firm’s financial operations, risk management, and long-term business growth. He also leads CDA’s efforts in advancing sustainability and corporate governance initiatives, including the company’s EcoVadis certification and ESG reporting programs.

Leveraging a strong background in accounting, business analytics, and construction operations, John brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how financial discipline, operational efficiency, and project execution intersect. His expertise enables CDA to balance strategic expansion with fiscal responsibility, ensuring sound decision-making across every level of the organization.

Throughout his career, he has overseen complex project portfolios across the Pharmaceutical, Life Science and Technology Sectors—supporting large-scale capital programs, equity transitions, and internal process innovations that have strengthened CDA’s operational backbone. His leadership extends to contract negotiation, insurance and risk allocation, financial modeling, and performance analysis.

In his current role, John directs CDA’s financial planning, corporate governance, and strategic initiatives, while working closely with ownership, project teams, and clients to align business objectives with long-term organizational success.
