Holly Goodroad, P.E.

President

With over 20 years of industry experience, Holly Goodroad serves as a key member of the CDA Management Team, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s operations, strategic direction, and long-term growth. She also leads the firm’s efforts in maintaining its Women’s Business Enterprise National Certification (WBENC).

Holly brings deep technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management, with a career largely rooted in the Pharmaceutical, Life Science & Technology sectors. Her comprehensive understanding of both the design and construction processes enables her to bridge the gap between engineering vision and project construction execution.

Her project portfolio includes highly technical facilities such as R&D laboratories, pilot plants, vivariums, cGMP manufacturing spaces, and central utility plants. While she began her career with a strong focus on HVAC and mechanical system design, Holly now leverages her leadership and organizational skills in a strategic project management capacity.

In her current role, Holly oversees all aspects of project delivery – from initial planning through final execution. She manages CDA’s internal teams, client relationships, construction activities, logistics, and business development initiatives, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and client satisfaction across all engagements.
