Director, Operations
Cory Zepp brings more than a decade of professional experience in estimating and project management, with a concentrated focus on the Pharmaceutical, Life Science and Technology Sectors. He has a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation through execution, delivering technical, regulatory-compliant facilities on schedule and within budget.
His project portfolio includes R&D laboratory facilities, central utility plants, pilot plants, vivariums, cGMP manufacturing facilities, and extensive site utility infrastructure. Cory excels at building collaborative partnerships among owners, engineers, and construction teams to drive efficient, cost-effective project outcomes across all phases.
As Director of Operations at CDA, Cory leads various accounts and directs a cross-functional team of more than 20 professionals. His responsibilities include group leadership, client and portfolio management, construction oversight, logistics and schedule planning, and business development.
